About me

My name is Sebastian Bakay, and I'd like to briefly introduce myself.

For the past 20 years, I have been involved in various aspects of hospitality internationally. I've participated in the opening of numerous cafes and led their management. Building and directing teams, in hotel, restaurant, and cafe business  constantly striving for high efficiency, have been my focus in leadership roles. 

I have served as an operations manager in the franchise sector for many years, focusing on business profitability and development.

The mentioned activities have taken place both domestically and internationally. During my 10 years of living abroad and thereafter, I had the opportunity to apply the experience I gained in countries such as Kenya, Dubai, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Greece, and in Hungary.

Utilizing these experiences, I conduct consultations/training for owners, leaders, and employees, tailoring my services to their specific needs.

I offer personal and online consultations/training, both domestically and internationally.

In addition, the significance and quality of customer service have become my passion and an integral part of my life.
